The Value System Of Human Capital Based On The Human Capital Reproduction

With the coming of the knowledge economy, human capital is becoming the source of competitiveness of enterprises and countries. Therefore, how to transfer the human resource into human capital in China is* an urgent practical task. For individuals, it is pretty significant, when it comes how to improve his value and pursue better development. Transferring human resource into human capital, then an advantage of human individuals, enterprises and countries in competition is a systematic project, which includes not only the investment in human capital, but also the transferring and consuming of human capital.On the basis of the theories human capital, combining with the concepts of Value, this article puts forward the value system of human capital from the viewpoint of human capital reproduction, and divides the value system into three different parts: productive value, transferring value and consuming value.Then, the article discusses the above three values in different chapters, regarding the channels and processing of their forming. In the third chapter, the article expands one of the channels to form productive value—health investment. On the basis of this discussion, the article further discusses the influencing factors of these three values at macro-level and micro-level, combing with the current situation in China. For example, as for the productive value, its influencing factors at macro-level includes the country's system, the national policies and its social culture, etc. however, the factors at micro-level includes the enterprise system, policies, culture, the style of the management personnel and the economic situation, the consumption habits, the background and the demand of individual investors.In the end of each chapter, the article put forward some measurements to enhance and strengthen mechanism to elevate three kinds of values. This article discusses the value system of human capital thoroughly and put forward some reasonable and effective suggestions for most kinds of human capital and enterprises.Overall, the article discusses the human capital from a new viewpoint, which is supposed to provide some theoretical reference for the practice of human resources development and utilization.
