Research On Human Capital Maintenance Based On Human Capital Reproduction

The 21st century, the time of competition for talent is coming, it is undeniable that human capital is much more important than the material capital in the modern economic competition.When the benefit to the enterprise from human capital investment has been proved, the plan of human capital investment has been put into the strategic planning.However, when the enterprises enlarge the human capital investment quantity for the maximum limit use of human capital, most of them do not notice the efficiency of human capital investment and the human capital use, the vital role that human capital maintenance played in the process of the human capital value realization is also neglected.This paper combines the study of management, the psychology and the economic. Based on human capital theory, the drive theory and the theory of reproduction, it proposed the concepts of "human capital value system based on the human capital reproduction" and "the human capital maintenance".It launches the analysis of the human capital value and the human capital maintenance from the sight of human capital reproduction. human capital maintenance work divides into three parts," maintenance in human capital production", "maintenance in human capital transferring" and "maintenance in human capital consuming".After discussing the process of human capital reproduction and realization of human capital value system, it conduct the research to the human capital maintenance content and the importance from the sight of human capital production, the human capital transferring and the human capital consuming.
