| Through the illustration of R&D situation of Chinese enterprises, We conclude that Chinese domestic enterprises lagged behind foreign capital companies in technique level and R&D investment. With regard to the current situation that domestic enterprises are facing technique-advanced MNCs who are positively investing in R&D in China, Chinese domestic enterprises is urgent to find the reasonable R&D investment tactics. This paper presents an asymmetric two-company R&D model under the consideration of enterprise's technique spillover and absorptive capability. Then We simply classify the tactic of enterprise's R&D investment, and we compare and analyze different R&D tactics of domestic enterprises with economic methods, and with the study of R&D on China's automobile industry, we find that domestic enterprises can maximize their profits through buying patents or seeking to cooperate with MNCs in R&D under certain conditions. |
