Economic and social development leads the fierce competition of market. In order to occupy a favorable position in the competition, enterprises and organizations have to take the technical innovation and organizational change, to adopt the needs of their own development. Economic development, social upheaval, which leading to unstable of the employee’s career, makes employee’s work pressure increasing. At the same time, the pressure surge is accompanied by a variety of psychological and physiological problems, role stress, job burnout. Those not only harm the physical and mental health of employees and career development, but also produced a huge harm to enterprise’s normal operation. But In order to improve the enterprise technical innovation, organizations must raise staffs awareness of independent innovation, introduce people of independent innovation talents, and improve the staffs creativity. Based on this background, this research study role stress as the independent variable, and study its effects on employee creativity.Pressure might cause unstable results. It can bring benign job involvement work, can also bring vicious consequences. Individual stress cannot be released and guide for a long time, will be the formation of job burnout. The negative effect between Job burnout and variables such as job performance & job satisfaction is relatively stable. Therefore, this research will use job burnout as intermediary variable of role stress and employee creativity, research on job burnout under the mediation role of role stress effects on employees creativity. Perceived organizational support and self-efficacy are respectively the individual perception and judgment of organizational support and their own ability. Studies have shown that the two variables will affect the process of role stress effecting on job burnout. So this research will use perceived organizational support and self-efficacy as regulating variable of role stress and job burnout.This research mainly adopts the method of literature research and theoretical research, role stress as the independent variable, employee creativity as the variable, and job burnout as a intervening variable, self-efficacy and perceived organizational support as regulating variable, First of all, this research review s the literature of role stress, employee creativity, job burnout, self-efficacy and perceived organizational support, and the definition dimension, antecedent and consequence variables and theoretical models of these variables. On this basis, the theory research, combing the relevant relationship between the variables, builds the theoretical model of role stress effect on employee creativity concluded by the seven theoretical assumptions.In general, studies show that role stress is negatively related to the employee creativity, and job burnout is the mediation variables of role stress and employee creativity. Self-efficacy and organizational support are regulating variables of role stress and job burnout. They can both reduce job burnout caused by the role stress. Finally, this research puts forward management advices abut the effect of role stress on employee creativity, at the same time points out the deficiency of the methods and contents of this research. This research puts forward research methods and research perspectives in the future aiming at these deficiencies in order to provide help for the future research.
