Based on the relevant literature review, the paper firstly introduces productionsystem, the different production pattern in the evolution procedures of productionsystem and the lean production, and then it summarizes the evolution rules. Thispaper theoretically analyzes the key points of carrying out leans Production inmanufacturing workshop.Next the paper introduces 6σmanagement system, On the stage of processcontrol, analyzing characters of 6σprocess, and gives the judgment principles ofstable and abnormal process,then discusses how to control 6σprocess through thecombination of PCI and PPI. Next in the paper, we analyze the difference among 6σsystem, traditional quality system and LP(Lean production) system, and bringforward some viewpoints, Finally the paper introduces Foxconn how to implementLean Production& 6σsystem through five steps: winning policy, business target,spread policy, push pattern, 6σimplementation.
