Study On Lean Production System Design And Optimization Of HJ Company

Due to the products diversification and personalized needs fromcustomers in auto parts industry, the manufacturers of auto parts arereceiving muti-varieties and small batch orders, resulting to barriers fororganization management, plan control, and products deliveries. Facingthe increasing pressure from both external competition and internalmanagement, auto parts manufacturers are in urgent need of amanagement technique to improve their plight in hope of reaching thefollowing objectives: improving the production efficiency, full utilizationof equipments, eliminating the double pressures, reducing internal waste,and satisfying customers. In light of a significant amount of practices, oneof the most effective solutions to the problems mentioned above is leanproduction. Tools like SMED, PDCA, etc. which is emphasized in leanproduction play an important role in efficiency enhancement andcontinuous improvement. Through the implementation, modificationwhen necessary, of these tools, the result towards the enterprise’smanagement technique improvement is remarkable.In this article, we use the lean production concept, take a thread asdesign a case-implement-estimate-optimized, analysis the HJ companyencounters its dilemma during the production and management at thebeginning, design a implementation path and process in use of lean tools such as6S management, SMED, JIT (just in time), PDCA, summarizingthe phase implement achievement and analyzed. Later, base on these4moulds running and continuing improvement principles, establish a Leanproduction estimate systems and index. Finally, after analysis these index,to make the following improve case and strategy.
