Under the modern market economy environment, as a important aspect of marketcompetition, marketing competition is widely recognized by the enterprises. The key tothe success of marketing is how to effectively inspire the most active factor –marketingpersonnel, and make them try their best to obtain the largest shares of market. The thesis introduces the basic situation of CH Company and summarizes the mainproblems confronting the company's management and development. By applyingsystemic management theory of personnel resources, it analyzes how the enterprises cansearch for the marketing elite through scientific testing method. According to thecompany's actual situation and the marketing personnel's need, focusing on thecomprehensive development of the personnel resources, it forms integrated model ofmanagement inspiration by absorbing the theories in China and in the world. It designsan inspiration program for the marketing personnel and puts forward the measures toguarantee the execution of the program. Generally, the topic of the thesis is challenging and can render guide to the majorityof the stated-owned enterprises under severe competition environment. It hopes that thethesis is to be besteaded to the study on resolving the theoretic and realistic problemsexisting in the enterprises.
