Tangshan, which located in the coastal of china, is a heavy industry city and theeconomical center of Hebei province. As the socialist market economy being set up,the register and supervisor of enterprise has shown its importance. Therefore, toenhance the quality and efficiency of the enterprise register and supervisor system, itis practical significant of strengthen the human resource of the system.In this paper, the related conception, theory, and development of human resourcemanagement and the enterprise register and supervisor were represented. And thestatues were also described in brief. According to the human resource supply anddemand balance theory, the relation of the supply and demand in human resourcewere analyzed.
