To adapt to the development of socialism market economy and improve itsmarket competitiveness, JiHua Communication Company is facing issues of how toattract investment, expand the enterprise scale, change the management mode formedunder the circumstance of planned economy and the Strategic choice on how torealize the reorganizing of enterprise-owned network, etc. With the related theories of enterprise strategy management the author studiesstrategies on every aspects about reorganizing the enterprise-owned network of JiHuaCommunication Company. First, it narrates the development history of the company,basic backgrounds, the present situation of management operations. In the meantime,the author analyzes the problem being faced and points out difficulties and gaps thecompany is encountering. The related theories of enterprise strategy management areemployed to analyze the company's competitive factors. The mode of changing thecompany's system is chosen and determined by means of the analytic hierarchyprocess namely establishing a Joint Venture Company with Jilin Tietong Companynamed JiHua Communication Company Ltd. Based on having analyzed the functionof the future JiHua Communication Company Ltd, the re-organization strategies of"to attract foreign investment, import technologies, develop novel business, build-upcore competitiveness of the company and assure sustainable development" are formed.The detailed working program is designed in ling with the actual situation.
