Research On The Integrated System Of Quality Management And Equipment Management

With the rapid development of social reform and medium & small sizedenterprises, the importance of comprehensive quality management is highlighted on aday-to-day basis. Many outstanding management models are so popular amongChinese developing medium & small sized enterprises that some of them areintroduced simultaneously by specialities by most of the foregoing enterprises.However, lack of study on the background, process and results of introducedenterprises lead to incapable exertion of management superiorities. Unfortunately, themanagement cost is increased, the unexpected conflict and inter-conditionality appearin the enterprises. The introduced models become a bare outline. How to exert theadvantages of outstanding management models? When constructing a managementmodel of an enterprise, we should consider both internal and external conditions,allocate resources reasonably, apply modern scientific and technical means, and adoptintegrated introduction or innovative management method. In this way, we may builda sustained improving management model, which will help to improve systematicmanagement level and increase management benefit of enterprises.The thesis expatiates upon the content of each stage of quality managementsystem and equipment management system based on their developing process. On thebasis of analyzing the relationship between ISO9000 and TPM, the thesis has studiedthe evidence, content and methods of integrating the two management models and theresulting benefits. In the meantime, it put forwards the issues need to be consideredduring management integration. Through studying the theory of integration and theintegration process of Tianjin Lianbo Petrochemical Co. Ltd., the thesis points out thatintegrated management is the only way for management development of high-techmedium & small sized enterprises. However, the risk should also be considered in thecourse of integration.Not only does the thesis provide theoretical direction and practical evidence forTianjin Lianbo Petrochemical Co. Ltd. to introduce new management system in thefuture, but also it may be used for reference for other similar flow process enterprisesto choose their management models. Due to the complexity of the subject andknowledge limitation of the author, the subject needs to be further studied in order toexplore a suitable integrated management theory of medium & small sized flowprocess enterprises in China.
