Since reforming and opening of China, management practice and investigationhave been rapid developed. Inland enterprise management level have been make greatprogress introducing many idea and methods of west. But which one of these idea andmethods is the best fit for domestic enterprise?In 2003, Nitin Nohria, William Joyce and Bruce Roberson concluded thePrinciple of "4+2" after long research of Evergreen Project. An enterprise will becomean evergreen enterprise if it is good at four prime managing practice and two of othersubordinate managing practice.The author has analyzed deeply the process about the CIMC's choice andpractice about those management ways through the long-time investigate andworking-taste himself. It involves strategy making, organization structure designing,enterprise culture building , execution, talent training and some merge andcooperation's skill. People can find out it's successful experience of how to act onthose management practice, through the thesis. it may give other company reference.The author of this thesis confirms the "4+2" Principle by the practice of CIMC andmakes a base by providing an actual example to extend the Principle.
