As the leading achievement of the modern thought, the concrete thought principle, which is the main research object of the dialectical thinking, run through the whole process of the human society. The human beings obtain the truth according to the research of the dialectical thinking, and whatsoever, the concrete thought principle, is the most important one. By analyzing contradicts, and using the method of the analysis plus comprehension, we would recognize the object thoroughly and comprehensively, thus to get the innate character of the subject.The characteristics and the effect of the concrete thought principle determine that it will have a strong impact in the modern management. In fact, the modern management is a complicated system that is rich in content, and it consists of various kinds of management theories. Pete·F·Drucker, enjoyed the high reputation of the most excellent scholars in the modern management field, was famous for his management thoughts and theories. By the research of his works, we have found that there is a tight relationship between his theory and the concrete thought principle. With the development of the socialized production, the entrepreneurs are now confronting an increasingly complicated business environment and internal organizational structure. In order to make right decisions and strategic plans, the managers have to take all the factors into account, not to neglect each trivial matter, thus they can accurately recognize the business objects, coordinate the various kinds of interests, to maximize the use of resources, then to obtain the largest profits and make sure the enterprise can built to last. What we want to emphasize is that the concrete thought principle it an essential method to help managers in achieving this goal. And Peter-F-Drucker is a milestone in this field.The paper starts from the concrete concept, and the method of rising from abstract to concrete, to explain the content of the concrete thought principle. Moreover, the paper also explore the spirit of the modern management theories, especially based on the management works of the Peter-F-Drucker, thus to find a relationship between the concrete thought and modern management, and the guiding impact of the concrete thought principle.The creative point of the paper is its combination of the concrete thought principle and the modern management. Recently, there are a great many of researchers who focused on the dialectical thinking theories, so as the researchers in the modern management field. However, rarely are they combined these two fields together. The paper therefore analyze management theories of Peter-F-Drucker and other management scientists, to present the living example of the principle. Therefore, we proved that the concrete thought principle plays the guiding role in modern management.Divided into four parts, the paper explains the problem as below:PartⅠ:Discussed the intension of the concrete thought principle from two aspects—the concrete conceptions and the method of rising from abstract to concrete. It is clear that the foundation of the principle is the concrete conception, and the method of the rising from abstract to concrete guarantee the exercise of the principle. The purpose of this part is to lay a foundation for the next parts.PartⅡ:By analyzing works in the modern management field, we want to find whether there is a relationship between the modern management and the concrete thought principle. This part can be divided into three aspects, which are the modern decision principle, modern systematical management principle, and the modern open management principle. We would like to found out how the principle was used in the management field, and what kind of effects the principle have created. Through the research, we proved that the concrete thought principle played an important role in it.PartⅢ:Focused on the works of the modern management master Peter-F-Drucker, to explore real examples of his using the concrete thought principle into managing the companies. We would found the comprehensive thinking, the systematical thinking and the integral thinking, which are the basic characteristics of the concrete thought principle, are used by Drucker in his management history. This represents the realistic meaning of the concrete thought principle.In the conclusion part, we generalized the whole paper, and made a conclusion that the concrete thought principle will consistently play its guiding role in the changing management field.
