Today,global economic integration developed,the strength of the foreign capital investment in China is becoming more and more big.In the multinational enterprise's investment in China,more still adopt the method of establishing a joint venture with China.Though the Joint venture on the surface is a fusion of capital,technology and management,but the deep connotation is of two kinds of culture conflict and integration.With the reality worked of LA company,I think it is necessary to research the intercultural conflict of LA.First,this article introduces the relevant theories of intercultural conflict,through the case analysis and interview method,we have a further discussion on the problems existing in the cross-cultural management of the company.With the discussion,we find that there are differences in values and thinking mode in the Americans and Chinese.For these problems,we think that,If the LA company want to conduct cross-cultural conflict management and realize cultural fusion,should take system measures,such as set up the correct cross-cultural management concept and a common goal and the enterprise culture,strengthen the team construction of the company and so on.Besides,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the above measures,it is necessary to strengthen the full attention to cultural differences,carry out the propaganda work of enterprise culture,and also strengthen the supervision system,establish the Cross-cultural conflict feedback mechanism.Only realize the cultural fusion,can bring a win-win situation for the enterprise and employees.
