With the rapid development of economy, the supply of electric power can't catchup with the demand, so we accelerate the construction of electric power to fulfill this.With the characteristics of high concentration of money and technique, related withmany different aspects and long construction period, it's easy for power constructionproject to be affected by the design, manufacture, environment, and so on. Then howto show the complex relations correctly and make a reasonable schedule at thebeginning, how to show the period dynamically and control the whole projecteffectively, is an important task every power builder should face.In order to solve the traditional problem, supervise the project in real-time andeffectively, Henan province electric power company developed network managementsystem of power transmission and substation project with the aid of projectmanagement software, and made great progress in engineering and construction.Combined with the power transmission and substation construction project, thethesis described basic theory of project schedule management from the concept,planning and execution. The thesis also introduced network technique that is oftenused in construction. P3e/c is a powerful and widely-used software, the authordescribed its main function and procedure, then expounded the application in electricproject construction and management, especially from the degree of management,information code, permission of schedule, refreshment of progress, analysis of project.Finally, the author summarized the history and future of p3e/c application in Henanprovince electric power company.
