The Research For220kV Huazhuang Power Transmission And Substation Project Schedule Management Based On WBS

As the infrastructure of the electric power industry, strong power grid is related to the development of national economy and the security of power supply. Both of the new project owners and investors make higher demands on the construction duration, quality and cost control of the project. Based on this, this article discussed the schedule management of Huazhuang220kV power transmission and substation project base on WBS. This article focused on anallyzing schedule plan making, the method and content of schedule management study, and described the dynamic control on the progress of the project, and also it described the main theories used in this article. According to WBS method, the article Developed a detailed work breakdown structure of all the project activities of Huazhuang220kV transmission and substation project. It anallyzed the schedule controle of220kV power transmission and substation project. It proposed a scheme of dynamic schedule controle progress and control measures based on deeply anallyzing the key proceduresn of the project. At the same time, it described the schedule inspection, optimization and adjustment of220kV transmission and substation project. It put forward different inspection methods of schedule plan, discussed measures of schedule inspection and acceptance of the project. At the same time, it put forward a series of optimization measures after anallyzing of the critical and non-critical activities. It gave a research of the problems found in220kV Huazhuang transmission and substation project during the application of the software P3, and also gave a discussion of the application effect and existing problems of P3while used in domestic engineering.Based on current situation of domestic management in electric power construction project and combined with the project practise, this article gave a full anallyzation of the schedule plans making after the research of220kV trasmission and substation project. The article proposed a scheme of the total plan, anallyzed project implementation and control after collecting a large number of original data. By using P3, it developed a work breakdown structure, made schedule system. This not only proveded the security of the successful completion of the project, but also provided a reference for other project schedule management.
