With the background of the global economic integration and entering into theWTO, the industrial structure of our country is becoming more and more reasonable,the service industry is rapidly growing, and the enterprises are facing more fiercecompetition. In the circumstances of opportunity and challenge coexisting to eachother, Taiyi Investing Management Consulting Co., Ltd----as a newly-establishedcompany, faces the top priority of how to successfully start a business, and how tosuccessfully improve the core competitiveness of the company, finally realize thestrategic objective and set down a suitable, effective starting and developing strategy.This article, fully using the MBA's knowledge, using systematic researchingmethods and according to the frame of strategic programming, researches andprograms the starting and developing strategy of the Taiyi Company. Firstly, it does asystematic macro-environment analysis, Porter's 5 Forces Model and a trade'slife-span analysis of the Taiyi Company's exterior environment. Secondly, it, throughthe core competitiveness analysis, enterprises' lifecycle analysis, growth rate-marketshare matrix analysis , and value chain, etc, fully analyzes the interior environment ofthe company. Lastly, it gathers the SWOT analyzes of the Taiyi Company, amplifyingon the starting and developing strategic programming and design of the TaiyiCompany.On the basis of the analysis, this article, combining the company's practices,researches and finally establishes the starting strategy and countermeasure, as well asthe developing strategy and countermeasure. At the same time, it does a simpleanalysis and strategic choices to how to realize the sustaining development of thelong-term strategic objective of the Taiyi Company. It puts forward the idea of therelationship between the strategy and the strategic measures, as well as the applicationand the importance of the control function in the management science to theimplementation of the enterprises' strategy.As the manager of the Taiyi Company, This article will be pitched as theinstructive document for the company's starting and developing. This article are of agreat importance and practicability to the successful starting, sound development, andrealizing the strategic objective.
