Evaluation And Application Of The Clean Production Schemes In Jinzhou Liulu Corporation

The purpose of clean production is to improve the utilization efficiency of rawmaterials, water and energy, prevent our environment from being polluted anddecrease their negative effects to the environment. It is important to the long-termdevelopment of the corporation.In this paper, two branch corporations of Jinzhou Liulu Corporation wereevaluated comprehensively. Many environmental problems were raised, two kinds ofschemes were worked out, they are free/low cost scheme and middle/high costscheme. Free/low cost scheme includes managing strictly, avoiding the device fromdropping and leakage, saving water, honoring and punishing staff correspondingly,improving the techniques, adjusting the preparation of catalyst, controlling the lost ofcoal, firewood and oil tar during the process of storage and transport, etc. Middle/highcost scheme includes building a tower to cool the water, improving the instruments,recycling treatment of waste residue and wastewater, etc.After these measures were adopted, the evaluation results of clean productionimproved greatly. For example, water, coal and firewood used in the production couldbe saved up to 14020t/a, 22.72t/a, 1‰ respectively;catalysts were saved to 15%-20%,alkali was saved to 100kg per batch, the amount of fresh water consumptiondecreased 6400t/a, the lost of oil tar decreased 1‰, the production of waste residuedecreased to12-16t/a, SO2, wastewater, coal dust and oil tar lost decreasedto1285.44kg/a, 23600t/a, 8.52t/a, 1‰ respectively. The measures adopted not onlysaved $250,000.
