Study On The Competitive Advantages Of Enterprises In Industrial Cluster

Different from the resent studies on cluster, which mainly base on the framework of the collective efficiency, the article is engaged in the discussion of the competitive advantages of enterprises in cluster from the microcosmic perspective. The enterprises are selected for case study in this thesis.This thesis can be divided into six parts. Part One introduces the background of the thesis, the definition of Industrial Cluster and Enterprises in Cluster.The second part analyzes conditions of cluster, in which four things are surveyed: geography fact, culture fact, politics fact and society fact.Based on the analysis of the cluster's environment, Part Three point out the theory of Chain of Value (the inner relations of cluster will be analyzed), the Cluster Effect and knowledge-shared mechanism. All of this formed the basic discussion of the competitive advantages of enterprises in cluster.The fourth part brings forward for Competitive Advantage performances in cluster. Enterprises in cluster should make use of the advantages of the cluster and build up its own competitive superiority in Cost, Diversity and Innovation.Part Five brings forward strategies for management of the enterprises in cluster. Enterprises in cluster should make use of the advantages of the cluster and build up its own competitive superiority in strategy, culture and learning.Part six is the conclusion part. As for the author, Enterprises in Cluster must adopt management strategies based on cluster and build up competitive superiority profits own by making good use of the cluster's advantages. In this way, enterprises in cluster can not only develop its initiative but also boost development of the whole cluster.
