According to the theories and practices about the Performance Management(PM) inchina and abroad in recently years, I summarize and abstract the experience on its designand come to this paper by primary research as well as analysis of practice.The first section begins with the most elemental concepts to describe the definitionsand characters of performance,Performance Appraisal,Performance Management andsets a solid base for the next sections.The second section applies the ways by the investigation and analysis to origin PMof A Company.The third section mainly demonstrates the full course of the practices from thesystem view based on the perfect analysis of the system model,proceed model about thePM to form the full skeleton of the PM.At the end of the paper, I summarize the successful experiences of the PM in thepractices in several years while estimating the system of the PM in A Company atpresent. I hope it helpful for the other managers to do their practical works.
