Reconstruction Project Agent Management Study

This paper has retrospectively treated the development of project management atboth home and broad, analyzed the context of occurrence of agent system andsummarized regional development of contemporary agent system. Moreover, the paperhas summed up the responsibilities of each party during agent managing process. Thepaper has also emphasized on the summary of the features of reconstruction project andthe aims and features of agent management implemented in reconstruction project.Meanwhile, a specific target control methods and measures has been divided in fiveaspects in reconstruction project agent management, such as contract management,quality management, schedule management, investment management and securitymanagement. Besides, the paper has offered four suggestions in connection with theparticularity of reconstruction project agent management, including boosting agentmanagement price, implementing EPC in reconstruction project agent, establishing agentengineering insurance system, energetically implementing the overall process agentmanagement.
