It's mainly involved in the processes of operation:purchase for raw material;manufacturing, transportation and delivery for products;stockmanagement for raw material and products. The main contents include complete depict andanalysis on current conditions, anatomising on existing problems in logistic management, andfurther more, making some suggestions on solving these problems. Study shows that the main problems lie in the following ways. One is that orders for rawmaterial are unpunctual and order places are improper;Second, producing plans are under greatstress facing orders from both inside and outsides well as frequently changing models;Third,stocks are too large and the framework of warehouse is not appropriate. The basic principles tosolve these problems are that, firstly,optimize organizational structure and emphasize on theposition and role of raw material purchasing and products cooperation;secondly, choosescientific and proper order places and batch;thirdly, calculate single produce capability and fixdomestic products on relatively settled machine in order to avoid the conflicts between innerand outside orders;fourthly, find ways to reduce stocks and make good use of warehouse;finally, as far as transportation, deliver mainly on its own in Beijing, while in other domesticplaces and overseas area, cooperate with other logistic company may be the best choice.
