The goals of industrial structure adjustment of the industrial enterprise are to make the principal work become stronger, to strengthen the core competitive ability of the main activity, to enhance the market share thus to enhance the management achievement and the efficiency of the enterprise, to cope the challenge of economical globalization, to enhance the competitive ability for the enterprise taking part in the international market , to make the enterprise become the main body of market competition which is lonely management and assuming responsibility for own profits and losses. According to this model, we may carry on the appraisal to the performance for industrial structure adjustment of interior in the industrial enterprise, also may appraise the achievements on industrial structure adjustment of different profession industrial. Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine various targets weight, we apply mathematical statistic knowledge and the management science knowledge establishing a scientific feasible strong appraisal model in view of industrial structure adjustment of the e industrial enterprise, according to this model, We may carry on the performance appraisal about the industrial structure adjustment in the interior of the industrial enterprise, We also may appraise the performance of other trades' industrial structure adjustment.Finally, we carry on a real diagnosis analysis on industrial structure adjustment of the industrial enterprise to confirm the feasibility of model feasibility.
