Study On The International Industrial Transition And The Optimization Of Bohai Area's Industrial Structure

Industrial transition is the process, in which some industries shift from a country or region to another for the reason that the conditions of resource supplying and product demand have changed. After the Second World War, there are three remarkable changes of international industry transfer, which are affecting the world.In the 90's, the world economy has entered a new tide of international industry transition, which depends on information and biological technology. The paper expounds the new chance caused by this new tide and then explores how pan-Bohai area utilizes this chance to improve its industrial structure.To start with, a theoretical generalization on the theories of industrial structure and international industrial transition is carried out. A simple summary of domestically current research is also introduced in this dissertation. Secondly, this dissertation analyzes the current situation of pan-Bohai Area's industrial structure. Then, it points out the main problems existing in pan-Bohai Area's current industrial situation. Furthermore, this dissertation expands on Bohai Area's current situation for absorbing international industrial transition. Finally, based on the general development plan of pan-Bohai Area, this dissertation presents a series of suggestions on how to optimize pan-Bohai's industrial structure in this new tide of international industry transition.
