Operational Mechanisms To Promote The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure In The Bohai Sea Region

Bohai Bay area has great potential as a new engine in China's economy, and the main cause of its slow development attributes to the improper industrial structure. So, studying on the status quo of its industry structure and exploring the operation system are pretty in time and of great necessity.At first, this paper introduces some basic economic theories of industrial structure adjustment, such as industrial structure categories theory, industrial scheme and development theory, industrial structure adjustment theory and so on. The conclusion is that the regional economic development mainly depends on the adjustment of regional industrial structure. According to the general rules of industrial structure development, all members of the economic area should promote their industrial structure on the basis of regional comparative advantages.In the second and third parts, based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper exhibits the status quo of Bohai Bay area, and makes the comparison among Bohai Bay area, Chang Delta and Zhu Delta. Then this paper deeply analyzes the main problems in the industrial development, which is lack of reasonable industrial layout, corporation and innovation system.The fourth part analyzes the opportunities of industrial structure adjustment in Bohai Bay area. In the last part, this paper puts forward a series of operation systems in promoting adjustment of economic structure. Mainly introduces innovating industrial cooperation system, which means establishing industrial alliance in order to form a reasonable industrial structure.The purpose of this paper is to seek the new developing pattern and to perfect the gathering, producing, serving, innovating and radiating functions of Bohai Bay area. And also it is the theoretical reference for the industrial structure adjustment of this area.
