In today's global economy, managers must be able to identify and work with themany types of cultures that exist simultaneously within an organization or abusiness network.During the last two decades, which have witnessed a growinginternationalization and globalization of businesses, there has been an increasedurge among organizations to improve their knowledge about regional and culturaldifferences between nations, and thus a growing demand for normative modelsdealing with cross-cultural conflict issues in business, with the underlyingassumption that such models could serve as competitive devices in the conquest ofthe global market. This trend has allowed the research on interculturalcommunication and conflict in business organization to establish itself as asignificant research field.Aiming to reach and expand the depth of the research in this field, this paperfocuses on not merely systemizing the forefathers' cultural theories, but alsointegrating those with contemporary international business, further withorganizations and divisions. Following the theoretical research on that, the paperwill give ample knowledge, and to solve cross-cultural conflicts in management fororganizations.The first chapter, introduction. Explanation on motivation and aim of the paper.The second chapter, literature review. Review on the related literature from fourpart including the concept of culture, intercultural communication and interculturalbusiness communication, multicultural management, cross-cultural conflict.The third chapter, introducing the imperative and characteristics of multiculturalmanagement, and the configuration in multicultural organization divisions.The fourth chapter, listing and explaining the six dimensions of conflicts inintercultural management including communication process, emotion, history,inner value system, organization structure, human needs.The fifth chapter, giving the ways dealing with conflicts, conflict resolution,positive and negative outcome.In conclusion chapter, the author recited 10 findings summarized by every abovechapter in research of this paper.
