The selected topic of the paper originates from the project "Research on the Status quo and the Development Strategy of the Superiority Industry of Anhui Province". The paper deals with the sub-project "The Research on the Status quo and the Development Strategy of Information Industry of Anhui Province". Based on the materials of the first countrywide economic census, the Status quo of Information Industry of Anhui Province was systemically analyzed, and the exiting problems were pointed out. The advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Information Industry of Anhui Province were also analyzed. Then, the development strategies of Information Industry of Anhui Province were put forward. At the last part of the paper, the concrete countermeasures to promote the development of Information Industry of Anhui Province were put forward.
