Study On The Rural Land Property Right System In China

The rural land property right system plays a key role in the growth of Chinese rural economy. With the whole society's economy development, the current rural land property right system can not adapt well to the development of the productivity. To set up an effective rural land property right system model is the main task of this thesis. This thesis bases on the theory of property right system, analyzes the evolution history of Chinese and some other countries rural land property right system, probe into the tendency of the evolution. Then this thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current rural land property right system. Finally it gives the conclusion that the future of Chinese rural land property right system will focus on the rural land utilization instead of possession, and come into being a rural land property right system characterized by stable occupy, flexible usage, warranted profit and sufficient disposition.
