The Research On Community Participative In Old Cummuist Revolutionary Area Tourism Development Of Langya Mountain In Baoding City Of China

The development of tourism impulses economy development in tour areas obviously, but simultaneously some problems such as excessiveness exploitation, the natural ecological environment destruction and the income from tour assignment unfair are brought, in particular the community inhabitants participate. Whether community inhabitants in tour areas participate in the tour activity and profit in it, has the important influence to the development of tourism. All of old communist revolutionary area tourism are the old liberation areas, once have made most contribution for the new China's establishment. After new China's establishment, because of weakness at local economical condition and natural condition for agriculture, economy development got behind. Therefore, how to develop economy in old communist revolutionary area tourism is the most concerned problem by local government and residents. The last few years, old communist revolutionary tourism has become the hot pot, the development of red tour already becomes an effective way to become rich in red tour areas. Presently, the majority scholars mainly concentrate to study on the red tour development decision-making, plan and exploratory, tour resource management, but few concentrate to study on community inhabitants participate in old communist revolutionary area tourism development. This article attempts to answer those questions: whether the community inhabitants do participate in old communist revolutionary area tourism, participation contents, participation extent and participation way, whether inhabitants do profit from participation and how many profits, how do the community inhabitants'apperceive to local tour development, how does the inhabitants'attitudes to participate in local tourism developement. In view of the above questions, this article takes the Langya mountain tour area as the example, combine with the theories of sustainable development of old communist revolutionary area tourism and community participation in tourism, embark on the angle of community inhabitants participate in old communist revolutionary area tourism, through the questionnaire and visiting to inhabitants, study on community inhabitants participate old communist revolutionary area tourism in Langya mountain, and draw the following conclusions: The population that community inhabitants participated in old communist revolutionary area tourism is big; the participation extent is high; the inhabitants investigated hold positive attitude to the local tour development; the participation stage is at the second stage, viz. the stage of the organized participate; the whole participation effect is well, mostly inhabitants that participated in tour are able to get benefits. Simultaneously negative problems exist, for example: the participation content is unitary; participation form is individual independent management primarily; the red subject is not prominent; the inhabitants blindly pursue the economic profits and lack to old communist revolutionary area tourism essence understanding; the inhabitants' democracy consciousness is indifferent; between the individual appears the malignant competition; the training and education content that the community inhabitants get from government is not comprehensive and so on.According to the above analysis and conclusion, I thought the potential of community inhabitants' participation in the red tour in the Langya mountain tour area is very big. In view of above negative problems, this article put forward the following proposal: the inhabitants make the issue in old communist revolutionary area tourism characteristic and in the participation content multiplication, prominent "red" subject; the inhabitants' cultural accomplishment must be enhanced, lets them realize that the economic profits cannot be blindly pursued, the social profits are more important; The government should strengthen training, enhance inhabitant's democracy consciousness, and endue right which first participation for the local inhabitant. Simultaneously the government also should make legislation through the administrative method, safeguard inhabitant's participation right, prevents the malignant competition between individual.
