The Extension And Reconstruction Of Traditional Management

In the age of transformation, there haven't any effective theories of enterprise management been established in China. It is important in the management study to explore the management innovation and the new management mode in Chinese famous corporation. For this reason, the paper make some researches as follow:Through the comparison of western management and governance of Chinese Communist Party, the universal management requirement can be abstracted as "management means the unification of scientific control and human thought" .Three presuppositions of Chinese traditional management thoughts are concluded by studies. Based on those presuppositions, the unique requirements of Chinese traditional management are induced to be: management should face to the realistic person in the practical world, The human nature should be good, "Using wisdoms to govern people" should be taken as the action logic and "the biopolarity of conception" as the internal frame of management.Under the assumption of "management is successive both in space and time" , the analytic frame is constructed to explore the enterprises' management innovation and management mode. The frame is composed of "the analysis of the basic form of management" , "the analysis of human nature theory" and "the analysis of the basic means of management" . What's more, this frame is constructed in a structure of multidimensional bipolar antitheses.The research of Haier's management mode is conducted in this way with the analytic frame.An analysis frame of the Chinese circumstance is constructed by this study. The paper could provide a widely applicable thought and method in the study of Chinese famous enterprises' management, since the study have the "extending and rebuilding of traditional management" as the breakthrough point, and "regarding China as the method and purpose" as the methodology.
