The Study To Technical Personnel's Salary System Of Changqing Oil Field Exploration Institute

The key of the market's competition is the talented person's competition. So, it is an important work that has already built up the human resource management mechanism that raises a set of stable talented person and encourages a talented person. Changqing Oil Field Exploration Institute is mainly charged with the exploration and development of oil field and natural gas and the sciences research of non- oil and gas resource of the eerduosi basin. This dissertation studies the technical personnel's salary system of Changqing oil field exploration Institute.This dissertation synthetically adopted the variety method and theories of statistics and human resource management to research. Chapter 1 introduced the subject background, the research purpose, the research method and the basic thinking. Chapter 2 introduced the salary motivation theories, which included the salary's concept and constituting, the salary theories, the talent's motivation, the human capital and the stock option etc. Chapter 3 analyzed the current condition of Technical Personnel's salary system of Changqing Oil Field Exploration Institute. From the technical personnel's management summary, the salary management condition, the questionnaire, the investigation result and so on, it analyzed the problem of the current salary system: the wages total amount low, the technique framework lack the long-term material motivation, the appraisal index lack the equity and rationality and not consider the development need of the technical personnel.
