It is an important decision for all of companies to enter the field that they have never done before. So, it is absolutely necessary to do the feasibility analysis, forecast the investment yield before investing. Feasibility analysis is the most important work during the phase of the investment decision, is a foundational work in the prophase of the program as well. In the first one, the introduction, introduce the background and purpose of this research, the theories on the investment feasibility analysis, an the method and content of the research in this article; in the second one, illuminate the detail reason that the company invested in the retailing in mainland; in the third and the forth chapters, clarify the feasibility analysis of the investment on some aspects, i.e. the marketing, the location of the retail stores, the company organization, management team building and the financial feasibility analysis, forecast the budget of the investment and provide the solutions for the issues which will impact the investment on the basis of the statistic data and information; as a result, in the last chapter, show to do the determination if the investment can be gone on, and emphasize the points of the investment. After the above actions, you can know if the investment is feasible.
