Study On The Model Of Fractal Management Of Joint Distribution

At present, our country is in the strategic period of adjusting the economicstructure and updating traditional industries. As a kind of logistic service modedistribution met the need of economic integration, accustomed the development ofsocialization production and embodied the trend of modern economic development,so with the transformation of economic increasing mode from expanding thequantity to improving the quality and the continuously expanding of logistic marketdemand, modern logistics is deemed as the final domain of decreasing cost byenterprises who construct actively and deeply the logistics distribution systemcharacterized by specialization and cooperation and modernization. Jointdistribution is a kind of effective method, which can both improve thetransportation efficiency and reduce negative externalities. Joint distribution is aneffective way to integrate social resources. From the microcosmically viewing,participant companies could gain scale economic, increase operation efficiency, andreduce operational cost. Participant companies can save lots of resources, becausethey don't need much capital, equipment, land, and manpower. Joint distributionexpanding market bound, breaking close selling net, facilitates establishconcomitant co-prosperity environment. From the macroscopically viewing,implementing joint distribution can bring out a lot of benefit, such as reducing totalsocial traffic flux, allaying the possibility of jam in downtown because ofunloading, ameliorating traffic condition, increasing load factor by concentrateddisposal, saving space and manpower in logistic process, improving social livingquality by ameliorating commercial logistic condition.Supported by the project of transportation science and technologydevelopment plan in Jilin province, Study on Joint Distribution DevelopmentModel and Key Technology of Road Transportation Industry, considering the actualdemand of revitalizing Old Northeast Industry Base and constructing logisticsdistribution system of Jilin province, with the precondition of using and integratingfully the existing logistics resources, this paper investigates deeply the advancedlogistics mode -joint distribution. Based on the properties of self-similarity,self-organization, dynamic and effective information exchange of joint distributionenterprise, combined the fractal theory with joint distribution, the model of fractalmanagement of joint distribution for its organization and operation is analyzed inthe paper. The result refers a new management model to the realization of jointdistribution. The paper gives some constructive advice on development model andimplementation method about it, instructs some enterprises having adequateconditions to develop successfully joint distribution, and realizes step-by-stepmutual supplement of advantage and communization and socialization to obtainmore economic benefits resulted from large scale and intensive operation and thenadapt the development of modern logistics.Through the introduction of concept and connotation of joint distribution, jointdistribution is divided into some types from many angles;the distribution actualityof Monaco and Japanese is introduced in detail;the advantage of joint distributionis discussed from different aspects, and according to the influence of jointdistribution on logistics owner, shipper, road users and society, an influence andinterrelation map is designed.The paper starts from the analysis of the essential of fractal management, andalso the structure and activity space of fractal cell. According to the self-similarityand self-organization of the enterprise system, logistics enterprise can be dividedinto fractal cells. It puts forward the operation mode and communicationmechanism of fractal cells. Then, the connotation of enterprise fractal managementis elicited: every component of fractal enterprise has the function of self-optimizing,self-design, self-creating and self-organization.Based on the possibility analysis of fractal management of joint distribution,the fractal characteristics of joint distribution are discussed from structure, processand function aspect. And logistics enterprise can be divided into fractal cells. It putsforward the operation mode and communication mechanism of distribution fractalcells. Moreover, based on the connotation of joint distribution, the hierarchy andself-similarity of structure characteristics of joint distribution cooperationinstitution is elaborated. Also, the strategy on fractal management of jointdistribution is discussed.Utilizing the game theory, the decision-making principles and strategies ofdistribution fractal cell are analyzed;the basic principle of benefits and risksallocation mechanism of fractal management of joint distribution is put forward.Finally, combined with the actual needs of participant companies of cost shares andbenefit allocation, also using the modified model of VRP, the fairly and reasonablecost allocation algorithm is studied, which is including two conditions: theco-payment of freightage and leasehold cost and the respective payment. By usingthis algorithm on actual data of investigated enterprise, the cost allocation ofparticipant companies is gained.The novelty of the paper mostly embodies several aspects as follows:Firstly, the concept of fractal management of joint distribution is put forwardand analyzed deeply. The idea of enterprise fractal management is applied to guidethe organization harmony and dynamic structure adjustment. Based on the principleof similarity, logistics enterprise can be divided into fractal cells. It puts forwardthe operation mode and communication mechanism of fractal cells. Moreover,based on the connotation of joint distribution, the hierarchy and self-similarity ofstructure characteristics of joint distribution cooperation institution was elaborated.Then, the strategy on fractal management of joint distribution is discussed.Secondly, utilizing the game theory, the decision-making principles andstrategies of distribution fractal cell are analyzed;the basic principle of benefits andrisks allocation mechanism of fractal management of joint distribution is putforward.During the process of construction and actual operation of participantcompanies, fractal theory can give some guidance. The study of this paper is a kindof attempt, further research and application about it is necessary.
