Residential building not only can improve people's living condition but also it has great benefit to our country's economy. However, in the building field, the great increase has been achieved at the expense of heavy energy consumption and serious pollution. So the modernization of the housing industry is a vital move to transform itself from extensive production model to intensive model, and to improve the quality of residential building. Housing industrialization is a new project in our residential building.Housing industrialization is a mixed project, The research of Housing industrialization can from all kinds of fields, such as science and technology, economy and management, policy and law, etc. The goal of it is to find a best way to assign the limited resource. Currently, in all the modes of housing industrialization's development, experts have a high attitude about housing industry alliance. In this paper, author set up a new mind: based on the competition of the housing-market and the increasing requirement of the production, it becomes difficult for the individual enterprise to creat to be a housing industry group, So this paper imports the theory of virtual enterprises into the development of housing industry ,then discuss some basic issues such as: the feasibility of building virtual housing enterprise, the structure of organization, partners' choice and operation mode, and some strategies for promoting cooperation are formed.To improve the industry structure and change the extensive model of industry to intensive way is a vital goal in our new period. In recent ten years, housing industrialization in China will have a great improvement, I hope this paper can bring good effects in this field.
