The source for the base of the company' s existence and development can be classified into five kinds, they are including: funds, property, technology, information and human resource, among them, the most important one is human resource. Now day' s main competitions are the competition of technology and intelligence. But all these are attributed to the best use of its potential. Hence, how to realize this has become a major subject. While the most complicated and difficult factor is how to encourage employees and give fuel play of their potentials.Since the policy of opening the country up to the world, the payment reform for the material promotion has been a not topic. But heather can give full play of the payment encouragement only on the basis of material promotion, which has ravishingly aroused people's consideration. However, no doubt, one of the main secrets for the sustainable development of an enterprise is to establish a reasonable and effective payment system to basically ensure the superior competition of human resource and turn it into the advantage of market competition.In this thesis, the author has designed a set of applets system that suitable for the enterprise' s current situation, and also boldly tierce to design the classified grades for the position evaluation. For example: prompting theory, equity theory, efficiency theory, the whole payment model, and the principle of payment design. All this has done by making the research of the payment strategy and the current problems, combining with company' s development strategy and the principles of payment design. Using the human resource managing theory, method and technology nimbly.The author has designed the way of dummy stock, this can provide a way of retaining the present workers and attracting the new workers, and provide a active example of inspiriting worker.This thesis consists of five parts: preface, the payment designing theory, the analyses of the corporation' s status, redesigning of the payment system and inspire of the state-owned small-medium enterprise. By the five parts, the author hopes to provide reference for other enterprise.
