| According to the success of some countries, enterprise cluster have become to development mode to obtain international competition advantage. China has chosen to develop software enterprise cluster through reference the success experience of foreign countries. Recently, many software parks are built energetically all the country. However, the development of Software Park is not good as thinking previously, and the main problem is that it is not exert the cluster effect. Whereas the problem, the purpose of this paper is to find out the way to resolve the problem, and improve China software enterprise cluster international competition through evaluating influence factor of China software enterprise cluster efficiency.In order to get the purpose, this paper begins from software enterprise cluster knowledge spillover. Through the research of knowledge factor, the environment of software enterprise cluster knowledge spillover, and the channel of software enterprise cluster knowledge spillover, the author wants to get the idea of design the influence factor of software enterprise cluster efficiency. Through the research of efficiency theory, software enterprise cluster efficiency is divided into three sides, that is to say, software enterprise cluster innovation efficiency, software enterprise cluster configure efficiency, software enterprise cluster production efficiency. Cluster efficiency problems are studied by the three sides. Then, this paper chooses Dalian Software Park as the research object, in term of the theory mode, and it studies DaLian Software Park influence factor of enterprise cluster efficiency based on knowledge spillover. Finally, in order to improve Software Park enterprise efficiency, it should establish police of encouraging enterprise cluster, bring up region innovation culture, and so on.In the process of study theory, this paper makes mention of many cases, such as Fairchild and ZhongGuanCun, what is more, it chooses the DaLian Software Park as the case. |
