Research On The Construction Of Performance Evaluation System Of Middle-level Cadres Of Local Power Supply Company

Power supplying plays an important role in the development of economy, and power supply companies are taking important responsibilities for the society, especially in the essential period full of chances for the rapid development of the economy, when the supply of recourses and power relates tightly to the development of economy and to the progress of society. Cadres are the key to improving the management of power supply companies, and the middle-level cadres are the main in the management.
