Power supplying plays an important role in the development of economy, and power supply companies are taking important responsibilities for the society, especially in the essential period full of chances for the rapid development of the economy, when the supply of recourses and power relates tightly to the development of economy and to the progress of society. Cadres are the key to improving the management of power supply companies, and the middle-level cadres are the main in the management. So, in order to form a disinterested and efficient cadre troop, we must have a scientific system of cadre management, and the center is to form the system of evaluation. It gives an important guidance to the appointment and inspiration of the cadres, and relates directly to them improving the ability and exerting the enthusiasm.This thesis applies the theory of modern human recourse management and cadre management. By analyzing the characters of power supply companies, including the characters of the industry, the companies and the operation, and so on, the thesis advances an integrate suggestion to form an evaluation system of the middle-level cadres of power supply companies. It also puts forward the principles, the content system, the subject system and the application of the results suitable to power supply companies. The signification of the management and evaluation of the cadres will improve the management of the companies, and it is significant for power supply companies to improve the power-net construction and the power-supplying service. At the same time, the process and methods of the thesis will give some suggestions to the cadre evaluation of other companies and the government.
