Study On The Economic And Social Benefit Evaluation Of Logistics Node Construction Project

With the development of modern logistics, the speed of constructing logistics node has become more and more fast. So how to evalue the ecomomic and social benefit of the logistics node construction project canonically and scientifically and to provide scientific data has become a outstanding problem. This paper analyses the definition and the type of the logistics node and puts forward the type of the logistics node that this paper studied. In through analyzing the benefit and cost of the logistics node, combining the characteristic of the ecomomic and social benefit evaluation of the logistics node construction project and consulting the measure of the ecomomic and social benefit evaluation of the transportation construction project, this paper puts forward the theory and measure of the ecomomic and social benefit evaluation of the logistics node construction project and designs the evaluating system of the ecomomic and social benefit evaluation of the logistics node construction project. This paper analyzes the basic data of the ecomomic evaluation of the logistics node construction project particularly, analyzes the basic forms and evaluating indexes of the financial evaluation and national economic evaluation, analyzes the indirect benefit of the national economic evaluation quantificationally, puts forward the measure of uncertainty analysis, analyzes the social benefit of the logistics node construction project quantificationally and qualitatively, and puts forward the measure of the social benefit comprehensive evaluation of the logistics node construction project. Lastly, this paper combining with the actual the logistics node construction project in ChengDu city carrys out analysis and tests its theory in practice and incarnates the principle of theory contacting fact, So this paper has definite practicing value.
