Study On Technology Management Of Large Contractors

At present, china construction industry is during the key period of structure adjustment, when a new relationship between contractors and employers is appearing, which is a kind of mutual selective friendship more extensive, more flexible and more complicated. Project general contracting (PGC) incarnates this relationship concentratively and is being accepted by the market gradually. In this paper, large contractors are selected to be the object, and kernel problem is technology management in contractors' upgrading to general contractors. The central purpose of this paper is to solve the problem how the object meets the need of PGC in technology management.In the beginning of this paper, a trend is doped out that PGC is the inevitable direction of the construction industry development on the basis of the analysis on status of construction industry domestic and abroad. Then the higher request of technology management in PGC is discussed amply, in terms of the theory of Total Technology Management (TTM), on the angle of "two phases and two layers". Circumfusing this "higher request", the problems of technology system and technology management system establishing in general contractors are studied, in which the thinking of TTM is involved. Finally, for instance, the grope and practice for technology management in PGC in a large contractor is introduced to prove this paper's conclusion.In this paper, the angle of project operation is applied creatively to study the problem of technology management on the basis of enterprise technology management studying. As a result, the roomage of technology supporting, technology operation and technology management is exploited. In practice, this paper can, a certain extent, guild the work of technology management in PGC in large contractors of china.
