The Research Of Information Technology Enterprises Core Competence Based On The Knowledge Integration

With the rapid development of information technology, modern economy hasentered the era of competition information technology.The study of informationtechnology enterprise gets more and more attention.Our country has faced a seriesproblems in the development of information technology enterprises,one of theoutstanding problem is the information technology enterprise lacks of competitiveadvantages with the developed information technology regions and countries,however,the core competence of enterprise is the obtain sustainable competitiveadvantage of the source of power to enterprise.Lack of the core competence researchis the main reason for the application of core competence theory to enterprise.Thispaper studies evaluation index system and the intelligent evaluation model,which hasimportant theory value and practical significance in promoting the application of corecompetence theory to our country’s enterprise.This paper explores the origin of enterprise core competence theory, combining alarge number of literature analysis and theory discussions in a comprehensive reviewof different levels of enterprise and setting a relatively clear concept. Analyzing thetheory of knowledge integration is proposed based on the core competence ofknowledge integration theory. The core competence based on knowledge integrationof information technology enterprise is discussed in this paper and used SEM to buildup suitable information technology evaluation index system of enterprise corecompetence. This paper studies the current situation of the development ofinformation technology and the development problems of the core competence of theenterprise in hebei province, by analyzing the characteristics, commonness andlimitations of the core competence and evaluation of intelligent model.It researchesthe current situation of the development of information technology and analyise thecore competence of the technology enterprise in hebei province with the SA-SVMmodel and provide effective Suggestions and management measures of ascension tothe core competence of the information technology enterprise.
