With the developing of economic globalization,international has become a strategic choice for more and more companies,cross-cultural management issues has become a real problem which must be faced. When the global integration of the pressure faced "National Corporation internationalization" and "localization of reaction pressure level" is not at the same time,for the competitive strategy to match the cross culture management model.In the National Corporation,with the diversity of culture management and business success.At present,the National Corporation management focus is the strategic transfer to other countries,thus forming the relationship between home and host country.Not only to provide services for the customers from all over the world,most of the time,and with different cultural backgrounds interact with colleagues from different countries.Due to the different people in different countries have their own unique culture,so the existence of cultural differences between employees.The performance of the company internal management problem,involving not only the pure legal or financial problems,but the National Corporation cross-cultural issues facing.The whole process of the operation and management of the National Corporation are related to the contradictions and conflicts between different cultures,is inevitable to carry out cross-cultural management,however,is not easy.Foreign management experience shows that there are about35%-45%of the multinational enterprise ended in failure,of which about30%is due to technology,capital and policy,70%is the result caused by cultural difference.Management expert David A said:"the general Felix National Corporation failed,almost because of ignoring the cultural differences caused by the results".The famous American management expert Deruck also believes that the unified management of National Corporation management basically diversity is a political and cultural combination.Research on the cross cultural management of enterprises,has become the scholars and business managers pay great attention to the problem.
