A Study On Quality Control Of Bee Products Based On Web-Supply Chain

Apiculture is traditional and special industry in China, it does not compete with crops for field, and with animals for forage, and pollination can greatly increase the production of crops. In China, Apiculture is typical export-oriented industry, 70% bee products are used for export, at the meantime, China is the top one in aspect of the bee products production and exportation all around the world. Since China entry WTO in 2002, the main bee products import countries such as EU, USA and Japan in short time set up the so-called "Green Barrier", which seriously decreased Chinese bee products exportation. In order to improve Chinese bee products quality and bee keeper's quality sense, the dissertation, based on bee products supply chain and HACCP quality control system, analyze the critical quality control points during the whole production course from bee keeper to processing factory, and put forward a web-database quality information system which will be effective quality control tool. The dissertation includes five Chapters:Chapter 1 briefly introduces the world main market of bee products and the bee products production of main export countries, point out the current difficult position and problems of Chinese apicultureChapter 2 Based on the Supply Chain theory, analyze the bee products supply chain in China and put forward suggestion on establishing cooperation relationship between supplier and buyer in this line.Chapter 3 analyzes the critical control point of honey production in detail, according to HACCP system.Chapter 4 put forward a Web-database quality information system in accordance with honey production features, and describes the main functional Modules of the information system.Chapter 5 studies the quality management of honey production based on the case of Hubei SF bee industrial Co., Ltd.
