Dairy products are an essential food in everyday life, the safety of its production process is closely related with people’s health, and the use of networking technology to achieve the quality and safety of dairy enterprise management has become a hot research. This article first use radio frequency identification (RFID), wireless sensors, wireless communication technology, GIS/GPS and other core networking technology to collect the entire dairy supply chain and transmitted the quality of the data analyzed by dairy HACCP theory quality traceability during critical quality information to the dairy enterprise ERP database, this will be applied to the traceability system. At last, this paper develop the entire dairy HACCP quality control and traceability system based on the final design and implementation.The innovation of this paper is core technologies like RFID, wireless sensor networking integrated used throughout the dairy supply chain quality management. This paper is not only to achieve tracking and tracing of product information, but also to ensure the real-time monitoring and early warning of geographic information products during transport, temperature, humidity and other environmental information. While the use of HACCP systems throughout the retrospective analysis of the key process quality information, analysis of the data will be used in dairy enterprise ERP quality management, quality dairy products while providing early warning systems, statistics, government quality inspection reports and other functions, for the protection of milk product safety, production safety and product quality and safety, such as the circulation of new technologies for achieving a more perfect food quality and safety management system has some value.The first issue of dairy quality control and traceability throughout the system simple key technologies, status of technology development and application description. Then, the system is a comprehensive needs analysis, including the different roles of system use case analysis, the overall system framework analysis and system business process analysis, and finally, on this basis, the design of the overall solution systems, including:system physical topology, system software architecture, database design, and system main function module processes, including dairy quality and traceability queries, quality warning, quality statistics and other major functional modules.This system is developed by using Java language based on the B/S framework, database by using Oracle 10g, the server by using Apache Tomcat 6. After running the test, indicating that each module traceability system is operating normally, pre- made to meet the needs analysis and detailed design requirements to achieve all the features of the proposed system design.
