However, as some incidents such as poor quality milk powder in Fuyang, Anhui province and Nestle milk powder quality safety time happen, the consumers' trust in diary products has been greatly decreased; therefore quality management has become an urgent and priority task in diary industry.This paper, keeping an eye on current quality management problems, raised the research subject that establishes HACCP quality management system in diary production.
