"One bottle of milk strengthens a nation". As the improvement of people's living standard, diary has taken more and more important place in people's daily life and every nation in the world pays more and more attention to the development of diary industry. However, as some incidents such as poor quality milk powder in Fuyang, Anhui province and Nestle milk powder quality safety time happen, the consumers' trust in diary products has been greatly decreased; therefore quality management has become an urgent and priority task in diary industry.This paper, keeping an eye on current quality management problems, raised the research subject that establishes HACCP quality management system in diary production. The paper has 7 systematic studies including appraising HACCP quality management system potential hazards, identifying key controlling points production, deciding limits of key controlling points, establishing monitoring system, developing effective filing system, and establishing testing system.
