The Analysis Of Increasing Farmers' Income At Present Stage

Farmers' question, is a basic question of the Chinese revolution and subsequent construction. It is the priority to settle farmers' problems among all the issues in China "Not understanding farmers is not understanding China ". Agriculture and rural economy are foundations of China's national economy; It is the fundamental goal through developing agriculture and rural economy to raise farmers' income steadily. Increasing farmers' income becomes " the most important thing " that the whole Party has worked by every possible means. Farmers' growth in earnings not merely concerns the development of agriculture and stability in the countryside, and concerns the overall situation of national economy. So, solving the problem of agriculture, rural economy, and farmers, and promoting to increase farmers' income are not only the inevitable requests for quickening the development of agriculture and countryside, but also for keeping the national economy in the state of consistent ,fast ,harmonious and sound development, realizing in an all- round way ,building well-to-do society, maintaining social stability and national long-term stability inevitable to require. Farmers' question is not only a great economic question, but also a great political issue.The article is divided into three chapters and the structure is arranged as follows,Chapter Ⅰ : Through the investigation of farmers' income structure , has reviewed the development and change of farmers' income after reform and opening-up, also has defined three phases of the development of increasing farmers' income, and presents analysis of the difficulty of increasing farmers' income.Chapter Ⅱ: It starts with the internal and external environment influencing farmers ,then deeply analyzes the reason which barricading farmers' income, the inside factor mainly means the agricultural own characteristic and state of development, the external factor lays particular emphasis on current system and some macroscopical policies.Chapterlll: It seeks to find the way , from the aspects of agriculture , farmers , countryside , agricultural product systematically formulates methods.Conclusion: Point out Promoting farmers to increase income under the guidance of scientific development view, insisting on increasing the confidence of farmers' income and future prospect.
