The problem of farmers' income is the key of the “Three Rural Issue”.The Party's five-yearly look forward to achieving a comprehensive well-off society by the end of 2020,GDP per capita income of urban and rural residents more than doubled in 2010.In 2013 the central rural work conference stressed to promote the increase of farmers' income,to ensure national food security.The country attaches great importance to the food security and the income of the farmers,farmers' income has risen to the national strategic level.Heilongjiang province is the first major grain producing province,made a great contribution to the national food security,but the level of income of farmers in Heilongjiang province are far lower than the level of farmers' income in other grain producing areas.Therefore,the problem of farmers' income of Heilongjiang Province,is conducive to the promotion of farmers income growth in Heilongjiang Province,national food security,has important theoretical and practical significance.First of all,analyzing the present situation and problems of farmers' income of Heilongjiang province.Including farmers per capita net income of the status and analyses the current situation of the farmers' income structure.Mainly from 1995 to 2013 per capita net income of farmers in Heilongjiang province were analyzed,and found that the farmers' income in Heilongjiang province has experienced during the slow growth,rebound,the growth rate decline and restorative growth four stages;In income structure analysis includes family business income,salary income,income of property income and metastatic from two aspects of income growth and contribution rate.Secondly,analyses the influence factors of farmers' income in Heilongjiang province.Including natural factors,farmers' own factors,policy factors,market factors,technical factors,organizational factors,land conversion factors and foreign trade.Finally,puts the point on advices and countermeasures of increasing farmers' income in Heilongjiang province.
