At the construction market, for the sake of the owner on the inferior position of communication, protect owner's benefit is an important point.The owner's demand commonly is "best technology, optimal quality, lowest price and shortest time limit". By way of an effective competitive manner of the construction market, bidding live up to a better method in insuring engineering quality, shortening the time limit, reducing price , increasing economic benefit and protect fair competition. So this method gain owner's favour and comprehensive application. This paper take for the control of price and quality as a core of protecting owner's benefit. And apply the game theory to the engineering bidding and management.Concretely speaking, this paper analyse as follows: firstly, introduce the important significance of bidding, and the implement complexion. Then, carry through the game theory to the selection of bidding methods, the checkup of bidder's aptitude and the ensurance of bidding methods. In the end, apply the game theory to the control of supervisory unit and contractor in a based model.
