The Study Of Enterprise Logistics Performance Under Supply Chain Game

The performance of logistics has a singnificant impact on the success of the enterprise. This paper applies the performance theory to study the enterprise logistics performance evaluation system under supply chain game, in order to aid practitioners in building of logistics performance evaluation systems in the dynamic environment present in the business world.The paper is mainly organized by three sections: Section one review the literature about the study of enterprise logistics evaluation. It is point that the enterprise logistics evaluation was paid a little attention weather by business or science. Section two is the main part of this paper. It is suggest that new enterprises are paying more attention about the quality of the relationship between businesses because of the supply chain game. And the quality of relationship can also influence the enterprise logistics performance. We use expert investigation method and documentation consultation method to build evaluation system of enterprises logistics performance. The indexes are classified into financial index (cost index and capital index) and non-financial index (productivity index, quality index, time index and the degree of supply chain coupling). Then we used AHP and questionnaire investigation to get weight coefficients. In section three, we selected one super market to build its logistics performance evaluation systems under supply chain game, and the expected integrated evaluation value has been achieved.Through the experiments, we identified that it is possible for us to take the degree of supply chain coupling as a part of business logistics performance evaluation systems. It can help us to evaluate the business logistics performance more full-scale.
