| The word of corporate culture put forward from the end of 1970s to beginning of 1980s in America. Successively, it has appeared many pioneers of corporate culture research in Europe and America. Frequently, we get in touch with corporate culture, but what are corporate culture actually and what are it's intension and characteristic? Business and academic circles do not form completely consistent view yet, and actual application and the research of corporate culture are in elementary stage in China. This paper have systematically elaborated concept, feature, influencing factor, function and develop tendency, being base on the foundation of the construction experience and theoretical research accomplishment of corporate culture, and through analyzing the mistake area from the Chinese corporate culture building. Moreover, the author introduced the enterprise culture characteristic of Europe,America,Japan, Taiwan and China, and it generally introduced the application study achievements in practice of home and abroad enterprise civilization as KLUCKHOHN-STRODTBECK model, HOFSTEDE model, Qingdao City Hair model, Beijing Municipal Corporate Culture Construction Association model, Guangdong Apollo Cosmetics model, Shanghai Baosteel model and the actual enterprises construction experience of corporate culture as American IBM, Japanese Panasonic, Taiwan China steel, Hangzhou Wahaha, etc. Beginning from the 4th chapter, the author stressly expounded the theory how to found Chinese characteristic corporate culture and analyzed the reason that Chinese previously have run into the mistake area from the corporate culture building. Tightly along with later, the author puts forward general channel how to build Chinese characteristic corporate culture. Finally, combining a series of management questions that exist in the HD company and reason it gives rise to, the author puts forward methods and the steps of founding characteristic corporate culture in HD company. |
