The mobile communication industry increases rapidly these years in China. Now, China has become the biggest mobile communication market in the world. Chengdu is the core hinge of the mobile communication in Sichuan, Chengdu' s market holds the forty percent income of the Sichuan' s. The analysis of the Chengdu' s market is a very important index. Then, we decided to analyze the saturation of the Chengdu' s market, hopes understand the Chengdu' s market well and truly, and provide the external gist for the SCMCC in doing market management.The topic of the paper is "the study on the saturation of the mobile communication market in Chengdu" , the penman uses the involved management theory, investigates and study the saturation of the mobile communication market in Chengdu, analyzes the result meticulously, and brings forward some suggestions.There are seven parts altogether. The first part is "the lodge of the issue" . This part mainly illuminates background of the study, and states the development actuality of the mobile communication in China and Chengdu.
