The Relationship Between Rural HRD And Industrial Structure Of Fujian

As we enter 21^st-the coming information and knowledge era, human resource is becoming the most influential and important factor among the all effecting economy, and nearly all the countries around the world are carrying out human resource strategy. The international position of our country is decided by the domestic economy, which is greatly affected by the rural economy. The "three agricultural" is topped the agenda-the countryside development, the coordination of the rural three industries and the countryside HRD are the core problems to the country's economy. As one province located in the southeast, lying in the mountains and sea and is to Taiwan Strait, Fujian faces the same problem. The dissertation firstly describes the background and some methods as well as content about this thesis; secondly, this paper illustrates some conceptions relative to human resource development and industry structure adjustment, then makes a conclusion about the mutual effects about the two, following which there is a simply description about the situation about our country; thirdly, we describe Fujian's situation, and get that the HRD task steps back is mainly because of the lack of industry structure's effective indirection and pushing strength, in the same time the industry structure adjustment can not go towards a much reasonable direction is mainly out of the poor HRD who offers a strong intelligent support, and the two have not formed a good circulation through their mutual effects; in the fourth part the study uses DEA method, set up an index system and makes out the HR's contribution to the industries through a method; finally but also the most important is that combining with our country's policy, science trend, technological agriculture on the countryside human resource and industry structure, the thesis puts forwards some suggestions from both the human resource development and rural industry structure adjustment.
